Wetherdown Hostel Cancellation Policy
All confirmed bookings made with Hostel Staff are subject to the following conditions:
Payment & Cancellations for individuals & groups less than 8 :
Payment can be made before your arrival date by cheque made payable to Earthworks Foundation Ltd. Or on arrival by cash or cheque. (Unfortunately we currently do not accept credit cards).
We have a 72 hour (3 day) cancellation policy. If you need to cancel a confirmed booking, you must do so 72 hours before your arrival date to receive a refund. If you need to cancel within 72 hours of arrival no refund will be given, if payment has not been received you will be invoiced for the full amount of the confirmed booking.
Cancellations for group bookings of 8 or more people:
Payment for group bookings is a 10% of total due as holding deposit due with confirmation of booking. Balance due on arrival.
Alterations or cancellations of group bookings must be made 15 days before arrival.
Alterations or cancellations made within 15 days of arrival will be required to pay the total booked amount due or the altered amount due whichever is the greater. An invoice will be sent accordingly.
