     Please return a completed form with full payment before the event. Please state which event, date, how many spaces and where necessary which session.

All cheques payable to ‘Earthworks Foundation Ltd’

If you require a receipt please enclose a S.A.E

If there are insufficient numbers courses will be canceled with a full refund

If you need to cancel your booking please do so at least 2 weeks before the event and we can provide a full refund. For cases where we receive less than 2 weeks notice, we shall try and fill your place and if successful you will receive a refund less a 15% administration charge. If we cannot fill your place you will not receive a refund
